If you are using hwmonitor what I did is, in the huge list of voltages and Temps, you can chose the cpu temp and show it in the windows tray. These boards are both under $200 and have been fine with Ryzen 3900X, unless you really need all the USB on the Creation or the M.2 addon card, I'd save the money and go for something like one of these. Try changing Windows Power plan and see if it runs cooler or in BIOS or Ryzen Master adjust the CPU Fan to run a more vigorous Fan Curve. And that's when I need more cooling.
